Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 2026

Welcome to LinkList. By accessing or using our scanning and reconnaissance engine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptable Use and Authorization

LinkList is provided strictly as a dual-use technical tool for system administrators, security researchers, and software engineers.

  • Explicit Permission: You agree to only use this tool to scan, crawl, or audit domains that you own, operate, or have been given explicit, documented authorization to test (e.g., bug bounty programs with clear scope).
  • No Malicious Exploitation: You may use the tool to identify vulnerabilities or map infrastructure. You may NOT use the tool to actively exploit those vulnerabilities, exfiltrate private data, or disrupt services.
  • Rate Limiting & DoS: Setting high concurrency levels or bypassing target rate limits can result in Denial-of-Service conditions. You are firmly liable for traffic generated by your session.

2. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We provide the tool "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. You agree that the creators, maintainers, and hosters of LinkList bear absolutely no liability for how you use this software.

Any civil or criminal liability resulting from uncoordinated scaling, trespassing on digital property, or violations of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) or equivalent frameworks falls entirely upon you.

3. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to ban, block, or restrict your access to LinkList at any time if we detect traffic patterns indicative of illegal scraping, automated botnets, or violations of these terms.
